You might try calling Lenovo again to see if you can get someone knows more, or ask for a Supervisor because they often will help with this if they establish you are the owner which the registration process is meant to do. May I ask why you set a BIOS password, if you knew that it is not recoverable if you forget the password without replacing the BIOS chip or motherboard?
